Chef Duece has created a passion of elevating plant - base cuisine to cater one’s mind, body, and spirit. The plate becomes his canvas with the use of special herbs, roots, plants, and edible flowers to create a cosmic experience that transcends the palate to another realm. This unique approach as a private chef has led him to work with notable celebrities such as Tone + Rich Talauega, Lena Waithe, and Cynthia Orivo.

Chef Duece began his holistic journey as a culinary artist with the study at The Institute of Intergrative Nutrition. His studies provided a foundation for his creations to not only be aesthetically appealing, but nutritionally focused as well. With a passion for food, he expanded his knowledge and culinary artistry working alongside chefs - Jessica Mckenzie, Lauren Von Door Pool, and Aris Latham.

Chef Duece is making significant strides in the plant base genre of culinary arts. His skills, vision, and creativity has led him to curate dining experiences from intimate to high profile events. He leaves impressions on audiences by presenting dishes that showcase unimagined possibilities of plant base cuisine. He has provided excellent dining experiences for high prolific artist and events all over the world.
